Changes at Dee-O-Gee Bozeman Concerning Coronavirus
At Dee-O-Gee Bozeman we take the health of our staff and customers seriously. In light of the information on COVID- 19 and the verification of confirmed cases in the Gallatin Valley we are announcing changes to our business until March 30, 2020. Although this date is subject to change as the situation develops. These changes are being done to assist in flattening the curve of the spread of this deadly virus and protect you, our customer, and our staff.
First, we want to assure you that we are taking every precaution in our store to keep our staff and customers safe and healthy. We have increased the sanitizing of frequently touched surfaces including door handles, light switches and credit card terminals, as well as many other items. In addition, we are requiring our staff members to stay home if they are showing signs of illness.
While under normal circumstances we would love to see you and your furry family member in our store, starting Wednesday March 18, 2020, we are no longer allowing customers in our store. This is under the recommendations of the CDC to encourage social distancing. Please consider the curbside pick -up and delivery options.
We offer online ordering with either curbside pick -up or delivery. Delivery of items will be made on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. There is no charge for delivery within Bozeman. If you live outside of Bozeman please call for delivery rates and dates. If you are interested in curbside pick- up you can call us when you arrive or ring the doorbell at the front door and we would be happy to bring your purchase to you. If there is something you are interested in that does not show up on our site or you just have questions please contact us at 406-551-2364 and we will see if we can accommodate your request and help with your questions. During this time we will be doing nutrition consults/ advice primarily via email at email@example.com. Please be patient as we will attempt to respond to all nutrition questions within 12-24 hours.
We are currently well stocked and can accommodate most orders. We are limiting orders to two bags of kibble and two cases of cans as well as 20 pounds of frozen raw. If you are wishing larger orders we are happy to place special orders that are typically available between 2-10 days depending on when the order is placed and distributor availability.
At this time we are still open for Day Camp and Grooming BY APPOINTMENT ONLY, but will be asking that you leave your dog at the door. Please ring the bell and a staff member will come and get your pet from you to take them to their appointment.
As this is a fluid situation, we are staying in touch with local and government authorities and experts and will communicate further changes as they occur. Please show patience to our staff as we work through these changes. Our first concern is their safety and that of the customers, but we also want to make sure we are doing our best to serve our wonderful customers and their pets. We know that most of what makes our store great is the customer service and the experience, we hope to be able to offer that again very soon but feel with the current health crisis we needed to do our part. We will strive to continue to offer you that great customer service and experience you are used to in a virtual manner. We hope you continue to support our business during this time.
