At Dee-O-Gee, we take the health of pets seriously, but also the health of pet owners and the community. During this time, we are taking steps to prioritize the safety and well-being of our customers. We have taken the following actions to provide reduced public health risks:
-While we already pride ourselves on providing our customers with a clean shopping environment, our staff has increased the frequency of routine cleaning with a focus on disinfecting high traffic surfaces such as door knobs, countertops, and touch pads.
-There is an option for no required signature at our point of sale which not only reduces paper waste, but lessens contact points for potential transmission of illnesses. We have also installed hand sanitizer stations around the stores to provide customers and staff with the opportunity to cleanse their hands after touching high traffic surfaces.
-We offer online ordering now with curbside pickup! Our online store has a wide selection of our inventory including essentials like food, treats, and supplements. Place your order for in-store pickup, give us a call when you arrive and we’ll be more than happy to run it out to you - there’s no reason to leave your car! If you do not see what you're looking for on our online store - call us and we can get you taken care of!
-If you are experiencing symptoms or have been in contact with anyone who has recently travelled and is experiencing symptoms, please do not come into the stores - utilize our online shop to get all of your pet's essentials.
